Returns and exchanges

I do not accept returns on sale items.

For all other items please contact me within 2 days of delivery.  The item must be shipped back to me via Priority mail, or something comparable to how it was shipped to you, within 5 days of delivery.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your refund will be issued once I have received your item(s) and determined their condition.

What are your shop hours for 2025?

My online shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I am available to answer your questions Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm local time in New York.

What if I accidentally enter the wrong address during checkout?

During checkout, it's important that you verify that the address on your order is correct. If your package is mailed to an address verified by the post office but later returned because you moved etc., I will contact you to obtain the correct address. At this point, you will have two options: either purchase additional shipping or place a new order with the correct address. If you choose to place a new order, I will issue a refund for your original order once I have received the payment for your new order.

What do I do if my package is marked as delivered but is missing?

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, I recommend taking the following steps:

1. Check with Neighbors: Sometimes packages are left with a neighbor or at an alternate entrance.

2. Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. They often have more specific information and can assist with any delivery issues.

3. Wait a Few Days: Occasionally, packages marked as "delivered" arrive a day or two later. While I can guide you, the shipping carrier is your best contact for locating packages once they’re marked as delivered.

Important notice about Postal Service Delays 2/19/2025

There are currently major delays happening across the postal system. These are due to a mix of staffing shortages, skeleton crews, and severe weather conditions.

What this means for you as a buyer: some packages are not getting scanned in properly, are moving extremely slowly, or even appear to be “stuck in transit” for an extended period.

What I can do about it: I will check the status of your order daily and let you know if there appears to be a delay. I will monitor the situation and provide updates to you as I get them
